My name is Matthew Chilton, I’m married to my beautiful wife Jennifer Chilton and we have 3 lovely daughters, Ciera, Madalyn, and Grayson Chilton! I’ve lived in the King area for 28yrs!

Growing up in the Chilton house, I’ve been around real estate most of my life! I worked in the farming industry and utility business for years and in 2005 I decided to go into the family business of real estate investing and sales!
